By accessing or using ChapelConnect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

• Respect the privacy and personal boundaries of others
• Not use the platform for commercial solicitation or political campaigning
• Engage in constructive and faith-building discussions
• Report inappropriate content or behavior to administrators

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Interfering with or compromising platform security or functionality
• Collecting or harvesting user data without express consent
• Posting inappropriate, harmful, offensive, or explicit content
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or overburdens our servers

Intellectual Property

ChapelConnect and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ChapelConnect and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

User Content

By posting, uploading, or sharing content on ChapelConnect, you:

• Retain full ownership of your original content
• Grant ChapelConnect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reproduce your content solely within the platform
• Represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to share the content
• Understand that you are solely responsible for the content you post
• Acknowledge that we may remove content that violates these Terms

Disclaimer

ChapelConnect is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any information or content obtained will meet expectations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChapelConnect and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Engaging in prohibited activities
• Extended periods of account inactivity
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChapelConnect operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use ChapelConnect after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
